Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Advanced Practice Provider

Job Description This position is accountable for the provision of patient care and related clinical activities as permitted by licensure and defined within Credentialing and Privileging documentation, Credentialing and Scope of Practice, and Consultation and Referral Plan. The role involves delivering optimal patient care through effective clinical practice, educating patients, families, and clinical staff, consulting with other healthcare providers, and maintaining current knowledge of optimal patient care options and outcomes. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to patients seeking skin cancer treatment and reconstructive procedures in a clinic setting. Conduct pre‑operative, post‑operative, and new patient evaluations, seeing an average of 12–14 patients per day. Collaborate with plastic surgeons and other advanced practice providers to deliver quality care and an excellent patient experience. Maintain licensure and credentialing, including active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, BLS certification, DEA authorization, and participation in Intermountain Health’s credentialing process. Qualifications APRNs or PA‑Cs from an accredited program. AANP or NCCPA certification. Active Colorado medical license or ability to obtain one. Completed BLS certification and DEA registration. Successful completion of Intermountain Health credentialing procedures. Compensation & Benefits Hourly range: $56.76 – $87.59, dependent on experience. Weekly hours: 40, based on a 10‑hour day schedule. Up to $7,500 relocation assistance based on distance.
