RN - Outpatient DialysisWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Outpatient Dialysis unit. The ideal candidate will utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality patient care.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to care for patients.Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures.Document according to standards of care.Develop, initiate, and execute a patient plan of care tailored to individual patient needs.Participate in performance improvement activities within the department or unit.Utilize clinical expertise to provide guidance to other units in support of patient care.Apply critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience, escalating concerns appropriately.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureValid Wisconsin RN License.Education verification.AHA Provider Level BLS certification.AHA Provider Level ACLS certification.ScheduleThis is a Day Shift position.Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
