Advanced Practice Provider - Urology - NP or PA, Littleton, CO Specialty Focus: Infertility / Men’s Health Urology Associates, part of The Specialty Alliance, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support our physician in the evaluation and management of patients in our Infertility and Men’s Health practice. This role is ideal for an advanced practice provider who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, working in a collaborative team environment, and developing expertise in a specialized area of urology. Responsibilities Support the physician in outpatient evaluation and follow-up care for infertility and men’s health patients. Obtain histories, perform focused physical exams, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician. Order, interpret, and follow up on appropriate labs, imaging, and other diagnostic studies. Provide patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment options, medications, lifestyle modifications, and ongoing care. Assist with office-based procedures and pre-op/post-op care as appropriate to the specialty and provider skill set. Communicate with patients by phone or video when needed for follow-up, medication questions, and care coordination. Collaborate closely with the physician and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care. Qualifications Current certification and licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. DEA license and ability to practice in Colorado. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Interest in urology, infertility, and men’s health strongly preferred. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, patient-centered practice. Preferred Experience Men’s health, infertility, reproductive endocrinology, or surgical specialty experience.
