REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENISTEvolution Dental — Palm Desert, CA
$65–$70/hour + bonuses | 2–3 days per week
WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING WITH US- $65–$70 per hour , depending on experience
- Daily production bonuses up to $300
- Additional bonus opportunities beyond the daily production bonus
- $30 bonus for occasional staggered patients
- $25 same-day dentistry bonus when qualifying hygiene patients receive needed dental treatment with the doctor that same day
- Primarily one patient per hour — we value quality over rushing
- 90-minute appointments for SRP
- RDA support when patients are occasionally staggered, including assistance with X-rays, polishing, setup and breakdown
- 2–3 days per week
- High-end, modern private dental practice
- No HMO / Medicare

We believe in giving our hygienists the time, support and resources necessary to provide excellent patient care. We also recognize and reward hygienists who contribute to the overall success of the practice.
When a hygiene patient needs dental treatment, we make every effort to provide same-day treatment with the doctor when possible , creating greater convenience for the patient while rewarding the hygienist for helping identify needed care.
DAILY PRODUCTION BONUSES$2,000–$2,499: $200 bonus
$2,500–$2,999: $250 bonus
$3,000+: $300 bonus
We are looking for an experienced RDH who is professional, dependable, personable and takes pride in providing excellent clinical care.

We recognize that some newer graduates bring significant dental experience and strong clinical skills. If that’s you, we’d love to meet you. Base pay for newer hygienists is $52–$60/hour , with additional bonus opportunities.
