WindServer is WSP's global online data management service supporting meteorological data collected at renewable energy project sites around the world. As a WindServer System Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continued evolution of this mission-critical platform. Your work will directly support analysts, project teams, and the delivery of data that enables smarter, more sustainable energy decisions worldwide.

Your Impact

You will:

• Provide day-to-day technical support to WindServer users and analysts, ensuring a reliable and responsive experience
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application, server, and configuration issues across the WindServer environment
• Implement code updates and server configuration changes to maintain system performance and stability
• Support the maintenance and operation of on-premise server infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with senior administrators to learn, understand, and enhance WindServer architecture
• Partner with the WindServer Product Manager to support product growth, improvements, and future enhancements
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen system reliability and scalability

The Skills That Set You Apart

You bring:

• Proficiency in C#, Transact-SQL, JavaScript, TextScript, jQuery, and Microsoft PowerShell
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2022 environments
• Experience with firewall administration and computer networking concepts
• Familiarity with Synology DiskStation Manager and AWS Storage Gateway
• Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio and version control systems
• The ability to learn new software tools quickly and adapt to evolving technologies
• A pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Compensation AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $77,400 – $102,500 MB & ON: $70,600 – $97,200 NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $69,900 – $92,900
