CoxPHIT is seeking compassionate Child Care Providers to join our team. In this important role, you will provide relief to families by offering in-home support to children with I/DD, allowing parents and caregivers to take a much-needed break.

Position Highlights

• Location: In-home care for children with I/DD in Bergen and/or Passaic Counties.
• Employment Type: Part-Time, with the potential for Full-Time.
• Compensation:
  
   
  • $22-25 per hour depending on weekly hours worked

What You’ll Do

• Provide in-home care for children with I/DD, offering respite for parents and caregivers.
• Engage in fun and enriching activities with children, supporting their emotional and behavioral needs.
• Maintain a respectful and supportive relationship with families, providing a safe and comforting environment for the child.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required for in-home visits.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of children and families.
