- 2 years of previous CARDIAC STEP DOWN experience [required] - Must have EPIC experience [required] - Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current Stepdown / Progressive Care experience [required] - Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Stepdown / Progressive Care) [required] - Active Illinois license at time of submission [required] - Professional Reference/Reference Check from charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred] - Driver’s License [required] - AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS [required] - AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS ACLS [required] - State Licenses: Iowa, Illinois
