Bindery Operator

Bindery Operator Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Bindery Operator for a company based in Duncan, SC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate and maintain bindery machinery, ensuring high-quality production and efficient workflow in a printing environment. Pay Rate $18.89-$21.39 per hour Schedule and Hours Three 12-hour shifts per week 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Bindery Operator Duties and Responsibilities Operate bindery machines, including cutters, folders, collators and binders Perform sewing and stitching on printed materials or products as required Inspect products throughout the process to maintain quality standards and detect defects. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines as needed. Bindery Operator Qualifications and Requirements Previous work as a press operator, laminator, and sewing operator in a printing or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of large format printing equipment and finishing processes. Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment in tight spaces and navigate busy warehouse environments.
