This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients, values teamwork, and takes pride in helping create smooth, efficient, and positive dental visits.Schedule (days/hours): M-8:40 -6pm Tue -8:40 -6pm, W -7:40 -5pm Thur 7:40am -3pm occasional Friday from 8:40am -2pmResponsibilitiesAssist the dentist during a variety of treatment proceduresPrepare and sterilize instruments and operatoriesTake dental radiographs (X-rays) as neededEnsure patient comfort before, during, and after proceduresProvide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment careMaintain accurate patient records and chartingSupport front office duties as needed, including scheduling and patient communicationQualificationsPrior dental assisting experience preferredCPRStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPositive, team-oriented attitudePassion for creating a great patient experienceCompensation: $19 - $23/hrBenefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.Smile Brands supports over 650 affiliated dental practices across 28 states all focused on a single mission of delivering Smiles For Everyone!® Smiles for patients, providers, employees, and community partners.
