Future Opening: Server/Cashier

Cashier/Server Position

We are seeking an experienced Cashier/Server to join our team! The Server is the face of our restaurant and plays an integral role in our customer's experience. You will build rapport with customers and answer questions about the menu. In this role, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, making snack/drink recommendations, and keeping all areas clean and neat, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism that will attract guests wanting to return. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-service oriented, and passionate.

Responsibilities:

Take food and beverage orders from customers Answer questions about the menu and preparation Check with kiosk/mall foot traffic and entice customers constantly to offer several of our delicious sample items Converse occasionally during their purchase to ensure they are satisfied Take orders from customers and upsell other food/beverage products Invite customers with smiles and pleasing personality Taking other responsibilities as a cashier or other tasks as needed and other work as directed by your supervisor

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a cashier/server is preferred Friendly with a pleasing and outgoing personality Excellent communication skills with Spanish as a plus Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays/beverages, and lifting a minimum of 25 lbs Familiarity with food safety guidelines Handle high-volume shifts efficiently and effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Able to handle register and properly engage in financial tasks if assigned Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy Desire to follow directions, teachable and willing to learn Benefits/Perks - Flexible Scheduling - Competitive Compensation - Career Advancement Opportunities Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
