Requirements: Your Role as a Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative at Spartan Logistics, you’ll help ensure smooth and efficient operations by: Managing shipping and receiving processes with precision and attention to detail. Organizing and maintaining a well-structured office environment. Conducting physical inventories on a weekly and quarterly basis. Processing billing accurately and on schedule. Providing training and direction to employees when needed. Supporting internal projects and assisting with additional duties as assigned. Proficiency in data entry and excellent computer skills. Physical Requirements: Frequent standing and walking in an office environment. Ability to sit for long periods.
