Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a compassionate, dependable Occupational Therapist for a new therapy partnership in Bellwood, Illinois. This PRN role provides Medicare Part B services in an Intermediate Care Facility serving adults with developmental disabilities.

Setting and Responsibilities

You will provide relationship-based occupational therapy within an Intermediate Care Facility using an outpatient Medicare Part B service model. Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage an assigned caseload.
• Dependable, flexible, and patient-centered approach.
• Strong interest in helping adults increase functional independence.
• Experience with developmental disabilities or Medicare Part B services is preferred but not required.
