Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Join our team at Lincolnwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an LPN! Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Shift times: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am. Same Day Pay. $3 PIB. $3,000 Sign on Bonuses. $32-45/hour (all inclusive). Responsibilities Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment. Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager. Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC). Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided. Qualifications A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state Rhode Island.
