Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation and maintenance of the facility, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, ventilation, and other building systems.
• Manage and respond to facility work orders through a CMMS/work-order system.
• Perform facility walkthroughs and inspections to identify maintenance, equipment, and safety concerns.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for building equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot facility issues and determine when outside contractors or specialized vendors are needed.
• Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life-safety, and other facility vendors and contractors.
• Monitor vendor work, service documentation, and completion of repairs.
• Support building safety, EHS, emergency preparedness, and required facility documentation.
• Assist with specialized facility systems, including ventilation, fume hoods, and gas delivery systems.
• Support office moves, workspace changes, employee facility requests, and workplace services.
• Assist with small facility improvement and maintenance projects.
• Maintain accurate work-order, maintenance, asset, inspection, and vendor records.
• Work closely with internal teams including IT, HR, Security, and other departments to coordinate facility needs.
