CT Technologist/FT at MUSC Florence Job Description: The Computed Tomography Technologist (CT) provides quality imaging and patient care within two or more imaging modalities. The technologist must effectively explain procedures to patients and ensure they are competent in the procedures performed. Images are produced for interpretation and for requests by licensed practitioners. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology. Willing to train licensed radiologic technologists. Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Licensed by the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA) and must obtain advanced modality registration within one year of hire. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification. CT/X-Ray Multimodality Technologist/FT at Black River Medical Center Job Description: The CT/X‑ray Multimodality Technologist, under the direction of the radiologist and radiology director/supervisor, performs all radiology and CT procedures in accordance with ACR, ARRT, state regulations, and departmental policies. The technologist possesses highly technical skills to operate sophisticated equipment for the examinations and performs the duties of an ARRT technologist as required in addition to performing CT duties. The technologist must exhibit expertise in patient care for all patient demographics. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology. One year of radiologic experience. Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and licensed by the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. CT experience preferred but not required; on‑job training to learn CT available. Benefits MUSC is a state facility.
