Clinical Nurse-OR

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a Operating Room Nurse (RN) to join a high-performing team delivering exceptional, patient-centered care in a dynamic clinical environment.

Pay - The anticipated wage for this position is between $85-$88 . Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

The Clinical Nurse (RN) provides hands-on, evidence-based patient care in accordance with the California Nursing Practice Act, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards. This role is responsible for the full nursing process-assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and patient/family education-while collaborating across the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Deliver direct patient care and manage the full nursing process

• Assess, interpret, and monitor patient data to guide care decisions

• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the healthcare team

• Educate patients and families on care, recovery, and prevention

• Respond quickly to clinical changes and activate emergency protocols as needed

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and best practices

• Support team collaboration, mentoring, and continuous improvement

• Utilize clinical systems for documentation, communication, and care coordination

Requirements

• Active California RN license

• Current BLS (American Heart Association)

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Effective communication skills

Preferred

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• 0630 start, 12-hour shifts, variable days

Pay Details: $85.00 to $88.00 per hour
