Warehouse Labor is seeking an experienced Customer Care Coordinator for one of our premier logistics and distribution clients in Edison, NJ . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated customer service professional with logistics or warehouse experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, billing, invoicing, and service requests.
• Track and trace shipments while providing timely updates to customers.
• Prepare rate quotes and assist with customer account inquiries.
• Process warehouse accessorial billing accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate shipments to ensure orders are scheduled and delivered on time.
• Investigate and process overage, shortage, and damaged freight claims.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update account requirements as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers, warehouse personnel, carriers, and management.
• Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse distribution experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong work ethic with dependable attendance and punctuality.
