What You’ll Do:
Deliver compassionate nursing care to Assisted Living/Memory Care residents
Work closely with RNs and other interdisciplinary team members
Support care plans and ensure high standards of resident safety and dignity
Promote independence and well-being in a homelike, engaging setting
What We’re Looking For:
Active LPN license in Illinois
Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, or memory care preferred
Strong communication skills and a heart for service
Dependable, compassionate, and calm under pressure
