This hospital operates an active operating room program supporting a broad range of surgical specialties across multiple facilities in the Austin, Texas area. The facility functions under a physician supervision model and maintains a care team structure that includes both CRNAs and CAAs to support quality anesthesia care delivery. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

Austin, Texas offers a range of outdoor and recreational activities suited to diverse interests, including hiking and biking trails around Lady Bird Lake and paddleboarding opportunities on local waterways. Day trips to destinations such as Enchanted Rock and Hamilton Pool provide additional options for those seeking natural scenery. Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician supervision model during day shifts at an operating room facility in Austin, Texas, with a minimum commitment of 2 weeks per month. Shift options include 8, 10, and 12-hour schedules during regular hours, with no call coverage required. The surgical case mix includes general, OB, neurological, orthopedic, pediatric, and cardiac procedures, with an active labor and delivery environment. The position operates within a care team model staffed by both CRNAs and CAAs, with board certification required for all clinicians in this role.
