- Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC equipment.
- Replace defective components including motors, compressors, and thermostats.
- Interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals for repairs.
- Communicate technical findings and repair recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Ensure all repairs comply with local building codes and safety policies.
- Manage tools and inventory to ensure readiness for daily service calls.
