Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current certification in Special Education with a focus on Elementary grades
• Behavior endorsements required
• Prior experience in classroom behavior management preferred

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Deliver instruction and support in elementary special education classrooms
• Manage a classroom with a focus on behavior interventions (three of the roles)
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress
• Maintain a supportive, safe, and engaging learning environment
