Store Operations Leader — Training, Merchandising & Service

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. You will assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations while helping manage expenses and inventory across stores in the district. The role requires a strong leadership presence, the ability to enforce policies, and a proactive approach to loss prevention and merchandising.
