Company Benefits: Listed pay includes base commission, upgrades, and gratuities for a daily pay (seven massage sessions). Flexible schedule based on client demand. Paid time off Competitive Full Time Annual Pay - Full-time massage therapists can earn up to $72,000 per year! Competitive Part-Time Annual Pay - 20 hour part-time Massage Therapists can earn up to $41,600 per year! Flexible Schedule - we welcome new graduates AND experienced massage therapists already working in the industry! Career Development - we offer continuing education training (at no cost) to our massage therapists. You will receive 12 CEU credits just for completing our new-hire training! Monthly Bonus Program – we offer a significant bonus plan for all part time and full time therapists Job Responsibilities: Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs. Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude. Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships. Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas. Job Requirements: Adhere to state licensing laws and regulations. Carry massage liability insurance. Be able to communicate effectivey with clients, spa management and staff. Knowledge of Swedish Massage required. Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required.
