Member Specialist

Full Time Member Specialist Location: Dallas - Farmers Branch (also Carrolton). This hourly role supports small business members with logistics and customer service. What We Offer Health benefits for individuals: Dental and vision covered 100%; Medical 100% on two plans (Aetna) or a small premium for PPO 401(k) plan options Company-paid long-term and short-term disability and life insurance Vacation time, sick time and paid holidays Paid parental leave Job training opportunities, learning and professional development budgets Hourly base pay range: $17-$18 per hour Responsibilities Engage with Saltbox members, help solve problems, and provide logistical support; receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately Monitor delivery dock and welcome delivery trucks Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently Track and document shipment arrival and departure times Ensure that the building is fully operational and things run efficiently in the warehouse, kitchen, and office space Requirements Personable, approachable, and strong ability to collaborate with peers Attention to detail; able to find and extract merchandise from storage areas and shelves according to member-specific tasks Physical strength and stamina; may be required to move objects or goods and operate necessary machinery (we provide training) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and location managers Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory is a plus Willingness to learn new technology Retail and warehouse experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
