OUTPATIENT PRIMARY CARE OPPORTUNITY

Organization is one of the fastest growing geriatric care providers nationwide, operating 300+ centers across multiple states.

ROLE

Will see patients in 100% outpatient clinic with No Nights, No Weekends!

• Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with minimal call
• Will treat complex conditions & analyze to determine best course of treatment
• Foster relationships with each patient, spending more time, not less
• Will supervise /collaborate with Advanced Practitioner Nurses or Phys. Assistants
• Multidisciplinary team: nurses, behavioral health specialists & pharmacists

PACKAGE

Salary range commensurate with experience $220-$250K

Annual bonus based on quality metrics + Sign on bonus!

Potential for over $300k total income year 1, promotable to Lead
