She Recruits is partnering with a respected community healthcare organization to recruit a Family Medicine Physician for an outpatient opportunity based in Pasadena, California.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-centered primary care practice serving a diverse community throughout the greater Pasadena area. Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform preventive health screenings, annual wellness visits, and routine physical examinations
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving patient outcomes
- Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic testing
- Prescribe medications and therapeutic treatments in accordance with California regulations
- Educate patients on preventive health, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and care coordinators to deliver high-quality patient care
Qualifications
Required
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Current DEA registration
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
- Experience in outpatient primary care or community health
- New graduates are encouraged to apply

- Competitive hourly compensation: $120$125 per hour
