Because breakthrough AI should move at the speed of ideas, not infrastructure. About the Role We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team during an exciting phase of growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for collaborating closely with the recruiting team , working closely with cross-functional partners to support business objectives while upholding our standards for excellence, collaboration, and impact. What You’ll Do ATS Management: Ensure the Applicant Tracking System is kept up-to-date, including updating job postings, programming interview plans, sorting through application, updating candidate progress, and tracking interview notes. Hiring Support: Help Recruiters with recruiting tasks as needed, including drafting Job Descriptions, preparing Interview Plans, and updating Hiring Managers. Candidate Communication: Keep up with email communications with candidates regarding interview and travel scheduling, feedback, and assist with initial candidate phone screenings. Onboarding: Assist administrative team members with onboarding by updating leadership on incoming hires, relaying information from Recruiting, communicating updates, and addressing incoming employee needs. Performance Tracking: Work with your manager to keep tabs on candidate pipeline health, recruitment process performance, and other metrics related to recruiting. Who You Are Required Qualifications You have at least 1 year of client or candidate-facing experience in an office or administrative setting, preferably with a small business or start-up. You hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a bonus. Your writing and speaking skills are top‑note, with the ability to reroute questions, coordinate schedules, organize plans, and sometimes navigate topics you are unfamiliar with. You’re comfortable with data or receptive to learning more about it. You’re organized and can juggle multiple projects at once, always hitting your deadlines and maintaining confidentiality as needed. You’re a team player who enjoys learning how to work best with colleagues and thrives in cross‑functional environments.
