This is an urgent, trial-to-hire opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in probate matters who can step in quickly, contribute immediately, and grow into a long-term role.What You'll Do as the Probate Litigation Paralegal:Support attorneys with probate litigation matters including trust disputes, conservatorships, and contested estatesDraft, file, and manage legal documents such as petitions, motions, and court filingsCoordinate case calendars, deadlines, and court appearancesCommunicate with clients, courts, and opposing counselAssist with discovery, case preparation, and document managementMaintain organized case files and ensure compliance with court proceduresMust-Haves as the Probate Litigation Paralegal:3-5 years of experience in California probate litigationStrong familiarity with trusts, wills, conservatorships, and related proceedingsExperience drafting motions, petitions, and legal filingsAbility to work onsite 5 days per week in Encino, CAHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlinesNice-to-Haves as the Probate Litigation Paralegal:Experience using CLEO or similar legal case management softwarePrior experience in a small or mid-sized litigation firm environmentJunior attorney candidates with relevant probate experience will be consideredOur Client Offers:High-impact role with immediate responsibility and visibilityFlexible approach to benefits for the right candidateSupportive, team-oriented environment with direct access to leadership
