The pay range for this position is $91,520-$100,006 annually, depending on experience and higher education.

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, with a weekly on-call rotation every 4 weeks.

This position is located in Rutland, MA.

As the Assistant Nurse Manager at Devereux, you will use your expertise in the field to make a positive impact on our clients and families by playing an integral role in the administrative and operational management of the Nursing Department; participating in interviewing and hiring skilled nurses; training, scheduling and supervision of the nursing team; being an active member of the center's Senior Treatment Team and the Interdisciplinary Team; and evaluation of and development of procedures and protocols, ensuring that they are in line with regulations and best practice standards.
