Job Pay Compensation: $20 - $30 per hour, depending on experience, travel time, and student retention. Job Types Part‑time, Contract Location Lake Worth Beach, FL (remote & in‑person with travel in the area) Job Summary Taylor Robinson Music is seeking private music instructors specializing in guitar to provide lessons in students’ homes, your own home or studio, or via webcam. Your schedule and curriculum are your own, while the company handles marketing, student acquisition, and billing. Responsibilities Deliver one‑to‑one guitar lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels (in‑person or via webcam) Plan lesson content and lesson plans, tailoring to individual student progress Maintain accurate, timely lesson records and track student retention Communicate effectively with the Taylor Robinson Music office about scheduling and student status Adhere to COVID‑19 safety protocols (masking, hand sanitation, social distancing) when meeting students face‑to‑face Qualifications Prior music teaching experience or professional performing background Degree in music, enrollment in a music program, or equivalent experience Good organizational skills, punctuality, and strong communication with students and staff Ability to travel to students in the Lake Worth Beach, FL area or to conduct lessons from your own home or studio Benefits Independent contractor status with flexible scheduling, full marketing and billing support, and the ability to set your own lesson plans. #J-18808-Ljbffr Taylor Robinson Music, LLC
