Maintenance Technician

A manufacturing company in Macomb County, MI is looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a direct-hire opportunity with benefits starting Day 1, competitive pay, 401(k), PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC and industrial manufacturing equipmentDiagnose electrical and mechanical issuesWork with PLCs including Fanuc, Siemens, and MitsubishiTroubleshoot equipment using multimeters, electrical schematics, and mechanical printsWork with CNC electrical components including relays, contactors, fuses, transformers, wiring, ProfiBus, and ProfiNetTroubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic/air logic systemsPerform preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtimeAssist with equipment upgrades, installations, and modificationsWork independently to diagnose equipment failures and get machinery back up and runningQualifications:5+ years of CNC maintenance experienceStrong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skillsExperience with Fanuc, Siemens, and/or Mitsubishi PLCsAbility to read electrical schematics and mechanical printsExperience using multimeters and other troubleshooting equipmentKnowledge of CNC electrical components and controlsExperience with hydraulic systemsExperience with pneumatic/air logic systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr 100Hires, Inc.
