Job Description

Catalyx is seeking a Senior Business Analyst will lead requirements definition and support the integration of IT systems, data platforms, and AI technologies within a complex project environment. This role will work closely with project teams and system integrators to ensure technical solutions align with business needs, system architecture, and integration requirements. Key Responsibilities Define and document requirements for network architecture and segmentation, LIMS/SDMS/ELN platforms, the Scientific Layer, Digital Twin capabilities, AI/ML use cases, and AI integration frameworks. Review system integrator deliverables, including interface documents, functional specifications, and system configurations. Collaborate with IT, data, and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment across systems, interfaces, and integration solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for system integrators on IT systems, coordinating requirements, resolving issues, and supporting integration activities. Requirements Significant experience in business analysis, IT systems integration, and technical requirements management. Familiarity with network architecture, data platforms, and laboratory systems such as LIMS, SDMS, and ELN. Understanding of AI/ML applications, digital twin technologies, and enterprise AI integration frameworks. Ability to review technical specifications, interface documentation, and system configurations. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting complex technical projects within regulated or life sciences environments is preferred.
