Key Responsibilities:

• Assess holistic health needs, develop nursing diagnoses, and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform nursing procedures, including medication administration and emergency care.
• Collaborate on or lead health teaching and supportive counseling.
• Provide clinical direction and guide healthcare personnel.

• Has the ability to teach and oversee client care provided by assistive staff.
• Has the capacity to provide empathetic assistance to clients and carry out prescribed treatments.
• Is skilled in collecting objective data and recording information accurately.
