Location: Covington, GA 30014
Pay: $15.50/hour | Weekly Pay
Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Hours: 40 Hours/Week + Overtime

Job Overview

Allegiance Staffing is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and professional Kitting Warehouse Associate for a growing operation in Covington, GA.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone looking for steady full-time hours and the opportunity to become a permanent employee.

Job Responsibilities

• Kit, sort, and inspect products and materials
• Work on a fast-paced production line
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Measure materials using rulers and basic measuring tools
• Complete quality paperwork and documentation
• Move materials and pallets throughout the work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 continuous year with the same employer in warehouse, manufacturing, production, or quality
• Must have excellent attendance and reliability
• Must be available Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• Must be available for required overtime
• Ability to read, write, follow instructions, and perform basic math
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional attitude and ability to work well with others
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
• Previous BD/Bard employees are not eligible for this opening

Heavy Kitting Position

This position requires working on the production line as well as moving pallets and materials in and out of the work area.

Candidates must be comfortable performing physical work and may be required to lift or move 50+ pounds.

Mandatory Overtime

Candidates must be available to work the following Saturdays:

September 12, 2026
September 26, 2026

These are mandatory full 8-hour shifts. Please do not apply if you are unable to work the required overtime.

Attendance Requirement

This department has a strict attendance policy. Candidates must be committed to reporting to work every scheduled day and arriving on time.
