Strategy Analyst

To support strategic decision-making, the full-time hybrid Strategy Analyst will conduct rigorous analyses of business performance and market trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop analytical tools to enhance insights for executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Conduct analyses to evaluate business performance, market trends, and competitive positioning Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to design dashboards and analytical tools Present insights in clear formats tailored to executive stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Healthcare Management, Economics, Finance, Data/Analytics, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role Strong analytical skills with experience in market analysis and financial modeling Proficiency with analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms Exceptional communication skills to create and drive strategic narratives
