Senior Business Banker

The Sr. Business Banker is primarily responsible for the overall success and revenue growth of their assigned portfolio and sales territory, with a focus on new member acquisition. This is an outside sales position. This territory covers areas north of I-70, extending to Longmont, and east to Brighton.

Essential Functions

• Business Prospecting
• Relationship Management
• Networking
• Provide ongoing business education to service centers.
• Attend and actively participate in regularly scheduled division meetings and on-going training.
• Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure full "cross-sale" penetration of member relationship.
• Partners with and refers to other credit union departments, such as Corporate, Business Consultants and Lenders, to identify other appropriate products and services.
• Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field of study preferred.
• REQUIRED: 5+ years' experience with business-to-business related sales.
• PREFERRED: 3+ years' in a business-to-business role in a financial institution with a focus on outbound sales.

• Initiative/Sound decision making/managing the member experience with credit union regulations and procedures

• Strong knowledge of commercial/small businesses
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Certifications Required

• REQUIRED: Driver's license

PAY RANGE: $97,500 to $107,785 per Year (S16) plus monthly incentives.

On-Target Earnings (OTE) incentives: $12,000 annually Car Allowance: $6,240 annually Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
