Workday HRIS Reporting Analyst — Dashboards & Insights

Daniels Sharpsmart Inc

Daniels Health is seeking an experienced HRIS Workday Analyst to join the People and Culture team in a hybrid Chicago-based role. You will own Workday reporting, build dashboards, and partner with HR, payroll, finance and operations across the US and UK to provide timely insights. You will design advanced Workday reports, translate business requirements into solutions, and ensure data integrity and governance.
