Laborer / Landscaping
Hartmann Realtors Inc. and Hartmann Rentals is currently seeking a Full Time Laborer to join our team immediately. Mostly exterior labor involving landscaping but also interior general maintenance labor.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Hauling trash / limbs
- Cutting Branches
- Cleaning Gutters
- Cleaning / Re mulching landscape beds
- Emptying apartments and homes
- Changing locks and coordinating
- Assisting with Construction Material delivery
- Removing flooring
- Painting
Expected Skills:
- Safe Driver
- Highly comfortable safely operating and maintaining weed trimmer and chain saw
- Comfortable working safely from ladders
- Ability to handle physical workload and lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to organize and complete tasks on time
Required Qualifications:
- Familiarity with basic maintenance tools
- Respectful of our residents needs
- Maintain positive attitude with residents and staff
- Have valid drivers license
- Have reliable transportation to get to work on time (vehicle provided/not take home)
- High school education or GED
Bonus Qualifications (not necessary for employment but will effect wages):
- Construction work history
- Experience using small construction equipment/machines safely
- Experience pulling trailers safely
- Experience setting up and pouring concrete
Full Time Employee Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting pay is $19/hr
- Potential for 50/50 medical (after 90 day probation)

Independent Contractor (we are looking for employee but negotiable)

All new hires will be required to successfully complete a criminal background check and a drug screening, prior to employment. The receipt of satisfactory responses to reference requests, and the provision of satisfactory proof of an applicant's identity and legal authority to work in the United States are also required. All new hires will be on a 60-day probationary period.
