Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist Opportunity at Clinton GardensThe Staff Development Coordinator / Infection Preventionist is responsible for leading and coordinating the facility's staff development and infection prevention programs. This dual-role position provides education, training, skills competencies, clinical observations, and quality assurance audits while also overseeing infection prevention and control initiatives to promote a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.Skills Needed:Education and Training: A passion for education, training, and employee development.Leadership: The ability to lead and motivate others to follow infection prevention practices.Data Management and Analysis: Monitor, track, audit, analyze data and trends for educational opportunities.Supportive Presence: Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.Collaboration: A desire to achieve shared goals.Communication: Support a respectful and positive work environment.Requirements:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
