Base pay range $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr Entry Level Customer Service Representative Please note that this is an on‑site role, so a commute Monday through Friday is required. The Customer Service role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem resolution. As the primary point of contact for customers, this position acts as a bridge between the company and its clients, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and providing information about products and services. Customer Service Representative Duties Handle customer inquiries in‑store Provide accurate information on products and services to assist customers. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their issues. Identify and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary. Customer Service Representative Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous customer service or client‑facing experience is advantageous. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in customer service software and tools. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure. Basic understanding of business operations and customer needs. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
