Location: Chicago, IL – Onsite (Only Locals)

Rate: $57/hr C2C/1099 (OR) $45/hr on W2 (Max Rates)

Exp : 12+

> Lead testing for large-scale data migration and transformation projects.

> Validate data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity across source and target systems.

> Develop SQL queries and automation scripts for data reconciliation and validation.

> Test ETL/ELT processes, data mappings, transformation rules, and business logic .

> Perform batch, real-time, and incremental migration testing .

> Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues, duplicates, missing records, and migration defects .

> Prepare data quality, reconciliation, and migration readiness reports .

> Collaborate with data engineers, architects, BAs, and application teams .
