$15.0 - $16.0/hourly Job Title: Furniture Associate Location: Lenoir, NC Pay Range: Starting at $15.00-$16.00 per hour (Higher pay opportunities available through skilled training programs, DOE & position) What's the Job? Assist with the assembly, production, and preparation of quality furniture products. Learn various production processes within a furniture manufacturing environment. Inspect materials and finished products to help maintain quality standards. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while following company safety procedures. Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals. What's Needed? No previous experience required. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Willingness to learn new skills and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
