We do require valid CNA, HCA or that you can provide proof you are enrolled in HCA/CNA training. In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver's license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name.Current client needs:Shorter 3-6 hour shifts available. Shorter shift can be stacked to make a full day if desiredExample of stacked shift schedule: 9am-1pm, 2pm-7pm; or 8am-12pm, 1pm-5pmClients are located on the Eastside (Woodinville, Bothell, Kenmore, Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue, Fall City, Snoqualmie) must be willing to work in these areasPay rate: $23-$23.50 hrWhy Family Resource Home Care?Flexible Scheduling. We consider your experience, availability, and preferences to match you with the perfect clients.Paid Travel Time & Mileage Reimbursement. We pay you for your travel time in-between clients.Paid Orientation & Training. You will be paid for the time you spend at orientation and any additional online training required.Employee Rewards & Recognition Program! Access to online training and continuing education courses.Caregiver job dutiesOur caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)Cooking and/or serving mealsHelping clients bathe, dress, and groomProviding companionship through daily activities and hobbiesTransporting clients for errands or appointments in your carAssisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfersMonitoring and reporting on their conditionAdditional informationOur hiring process is fast and simple! If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch as soon as 1 week. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with.
