Fixed Income Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, you will be an integral part of the finance department supporting strategic decision-making and investment analysis. Job Title: Fixed Income Analyst Location: Baltimore, MD Pay Range: $45-48/hr What's the Job? Gather and analyze complex financial data to support investment decisions and business strategies. Create detailed spreadsheets, charts, and graphs to illustrate technical reports and findings. Interpret data related to investment programs, including price, yield, stability, and risk trends. Present comprehensive oral and written reports on economic trends, industry performance, and corporate financial health. Forecast business, industry, and economic conditions to aid in strategic planning and decision-making. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related financial discipline; advanced degrees preferred. 5-7 years of financial and/or accounting experience, with mandatory Bloomberg PORT experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail and critical thinking. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and analyze business trends to project future revenues and expenses. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related financial software applications. What's in it for me?
