Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade machine learning models to optimize marketplace operations such as onboarding, catalog management, and order fulfillment. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines on AWS, leveraging services like S3, Redshift, and Glue to ingest, transform, and store large volumes of transactional data. Perform advanced statistical analysis and feature engineering to uncover insights that drive product and operational improvements. Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning. Requirements 10+ years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering high‑impact ML solutions in a large e‑commerce environment. Expertise in Python, SQL, and AWS data services; strong knowledge of distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark). Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and deployment best practices. Excellent communication skills, able to present complex findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
