(USA) Service Shop Preventative Maintenance Technician - Raymond, NH (2nd Shift)

Position Summary Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback. What You’ll Do Perform basic to intermediate inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements on Walmart equipment such as trailers, tractors, yard trucks, shop equipment, and service vehicles. Create and process work orders assessing maintenance, repair, and replacement needs; identify needed parts and possible solutions; select the best possible solution. Conduct maintenance repairs and replacements (e.g., repairing/replacing brake system components such as air antiskid, ABS disc brakes; replacing leaky wheel seals; dismounting/installing tractor‑trailer tires) following company and DOT guidelines. Communicate with customers, suppliers, associates verbally and in writing; complete all required work order logs and documents. Receive fuel drops and conduct fuel sampling while ensuring safety compliance; monitor drops for additives, tank levels, and collect samples for analysis and shipping. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
