Location: Ocean County, NJ

 
Make a meaningful impact by providing in-home and community-based occupational therapy services. • Evaluate and treat patients based on individual occupational therapy needs

• Develop and adjust care plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team

• Monitor patient progress and document changes in functional status and independence

• Deliver high-quality care while adhering to safety protocols and attendance standards

• Occupational Therapy Licensure in NJ

• 2-3 years of prior clinical experience and community based experience preferred

• Strong computer skills  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid NJ driver's license

Working Conditions/Physical Demand : Working indoors/outdoors, driving, lifting, sitting, standing, walking, fine motor hand movement, use of phone and tablet for documentation

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $84,000 to USD $112,000. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions.
