Registered Nurse - PACU

Job Title

Summary: This is a 13-week assignment with dates from 06/09/26 to 09/12/26. The shift details are 10-hour day shifts from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM. The candidate must be able to float to both North and South Campus and includes admit and discharge duties.

Responsibilities

Perform admit and discharge duties. Provide care in the PACU setting. Float to different campuses as required.

Requirements

Education: BSN required. Experience: Minimum 2 years of PACU experience required. Pediatric PACU experience required. Previous travel experience required. Certifications: PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support).

Preferred Skills

Ability to adapt to different clinical settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information

Weekend Requirement: Scheduled 1 Saturday in an 8-week schedule period. On-Call Requirement: Call is 4, 8-hour call shifts in an 8-week period. Holiday Requirement: 2-3 additional 8-hour shifts for the holiday. No RTO (Request Time Off) approved within the first two weeks of the assignment. Medical and religious exemptions from the seasonal influenza vaccine are allowed.
