Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and document progress efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities through standardized assessments and informal evaluations
• Develop and implement IEPs for eligible students in collaboration with educational teams and families
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services in individual and group settings
• Maintain thorough records and progress notes in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Consult with teachers, parents, and related service professionals to support student growth
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities as required
