A day in home sales
At Century 21 Action Plus Realty, your day revolves around people and deals. You prospect for buyers and sellers by phone, text, email, and community networking; schedule and run showings; present and negotiate purchase offers; guide clients through financing and inspections; and manage contracts from accepted offer through closing. Real Estate Salespeople at the Northfield office also take part in weekly team meetings, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing continuing education.

Requirements
- No experience necessary - we train Real Estate Salespeople from the ground up.
- Be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.
